How Do I Earn OT VIP Reward Codes?
To earn your OT VIP Reward Code:
- You must be signed in to your One Teaspoon account when making a purchase.
- You must be subscribed to our email newsletter at time of purchase, and at time of redemption.
- Use the same email for both your account and your orders.
OT VIP Reward Codes are earned only on the final product value paid using actual monetary payment methods (such as credit card, debit card, or PayPal), after any discounts or promo codes are applied.
OT VIP Reward Codes are not earned on any portion of an order paid using gift cards, existing store credits, or on shipping fees.
If you check out as a guest or are unsubscribed, no OT VIP Reward Code will be earned.
If you aren't sure if you've already opted in, you can check and change your subscription status in MY ACCOUNT -> MY PROFILE using the toggle button.
How Do I Get My OT VIP Reward Code?
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped and tracking information added.
Shortly after you will receive another email notification with your OT VIP Reward Code, amount and expiry date. You must hold onto this email.
If you have not received an email shortly after you receive your shipping notification, please check your spam box and also promotions tab (if using Gmail).
Add online@oneteaspoon.com and online@oneteaspoon.com.au to your email contacts to make sure you never miss an email.
What Rewards Will I Receive?
As an OT VIP, you’ll earn an OT VIP Reward Code worth 10% of the final amount you pay for products — after any discounts, promo codes, gift cards, or store credits are applied, and excluding shipping fees.
For example, if your total after all discounts, promo codes, gift cards, and store credits is $200 (excluding shipping), you’ll receive a $20 OT VIP Reward Code to use on your next purchase, via email.
How Do I Use My OT VIP Reward Code?
- Log in to your One Teaspoon account before checkout.
- Enter your OT VIP Reward Code in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” box at checkout.
- Click Apply to redeem.
You must be logged in with the same email address that earned the code.
OT VIP Reward Codes are currently only available online exclusively at oneteaspoon.com and oneteaspoon.com.au
How Long Are OT VIP Reward Codes Valid?
OT VIP Reward Codes are valid for 60 days from the date you last placed an order.
The expiry date of the OT VIP Reward Code will be in the email notification you received.
OT VIP Reward Codes are not able to be extended - please make sure you use your reward before it expires!
Can I Use My OT VIP Reward Code With Another Promotion or Code?
Yes. Other discounts or promotions apply first — then your OT VIP Reward Code is deducted from the discounted total.
Can I Use my OT VIP Reward Code with a Gift Card, Store Credit Gift Card or other OT VIP Reward Codes?
Yes — but OT VIP Reward Codes are earned only on the portion of your order paid with actual money (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
For example:
Order total $100 → Gift card $20 → You pay $80 → You earn $8 (10 % of $80).
Can I use multiple OT VIP Reward Codes on one order?
Yes — as long as all codes are valid, unexpired, and linked to the same account.
Do I Get Change If I Don't Use My OT VIP Reward Code in one order?
No. Each OT VIP Reward Code must be used in full in a single transaction and can’t be split or exchanged for cash.
Can I transfer OT VIP Reward Codes between accounts?
No. OT VIP Reward Codes are non-transferable and tied to the account email that earned them.
Can I earn and use OT VIP Reward Codes in any country?
Yes — you can earn and use OT VIP Reward Codes globally.
They must be redeemed in the same currency and region where they were earned.
TROUBLESHOOTING
I forgot to log in or wasn’t subscribed — can I still get my OT VIP Reward Code?
No. OT VIP Reward Codes are issued only when you’re logged in and subscribed at the time of purchase.
We're sorry, but you cannot retroactively opt in after placing an order and still receive an OT VIP Reward Code for that order.
We cannot retroactively create or apply OT VIP Reward Code to orders.
You are welcome to opt in and when you place another order, you will receive an OT VIP Reward Code.
I used the wrong email or account — can I transfer my OT VIP Reward Code?
No. OT VIP Reward Codes are tied to the email address and account used at checkout.
We're sorry but we are unable to transfer OT VIP Reward Codes to other accounts under any circumstance.
You must use your OT VIP Reward Code using the same email address you earned it under at checkout, while logged in.
Your OT VIP Reward Code will not apply in the cart if another email address places the order.
I Haven't Got My OT VIP Reward Code Yet
Your OT VIP Reward Code will be issued to your account right after you receive your Shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you do not receive a OT VIP Store Credit Reward email notification after getting your shipping confirmation, go to My Account -> My Profile and check you are subscribed. If you aren't, you will not receive an OT VIP Reward Code.
If you are subscribed and were subscribed at time of purchase, check the bottom of the screen on My Account -> My Profile to see if your OT VIP Store Credit Reward is there. If it is, it is active and can be used.
If your OT VIP Store Credit Reward is still missing from My Account -> My Profile, please contact us with your name, email address, associated order number and as many details as possible at support@oneteaspoon.com.au
My OT VIP Reward Code Won't Work
Check that:
✔ The code hasn’t expired.
✔ You’re logged in with the same account that earned it.
✔ You’re checking out in the same currency and region.

OT VIP – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to OT VIP, the loyalty rewards program operated by Pink Factory Pty Ltd trading as One Teaspoon (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By maintaining a subscribed email status, holding a One Teaspoon customer account, and placing an order, you automatically participate in OT VIP and agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the OT VIP program at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility & Membership
2.1 OT VIP is an automatic loyalty program. There is no separate sign-up or opt-in required. Customers are automatically enrolled when they:
(a) are subscribed to One Teaspoon marketing emails;
(b) have an active One Teaspoon account; and
(c) place an eligible order using the same subscribed email address.
2.2 To earn or redeem OT VIP Reward Codes, you must:
(a) be logged in to your One Teaspoon account at checkout; and
(b) remain subscribed to our marketing emails.
2.3 If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you will no longer be eligible to earn or redeem OT VIP Reward Codes until you resubscribe.
2.4 Membership is limited to one account per individual and is free of charge.
2.5 You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to participate.
3. Earning OT VIP Reward Codes
3.1 OT VIP Reward Codes (“Rewards”) are issued automatically after each eligible purchase, provided you are logged in and subscribed at the time of checkout.
3.2 Rewards are calculated at 10 % of the final product value paid, after any discounts or promo codes are applied.
3.3 Rewards are not earned on:
(a) shipping fees;
(b) gift-card purchases;
(c) any portion of an order paid using a gift card, store credit, or another Reward Code; or
(d) cancelled or refunded orders.
3.4 Rewards are tied to the account and email address used during checkout and cannot be transferred.
3.5 Rewards are sent via email to the address linked to your account within approximately 15 minutes of order completion.
3.6 Add online@oneteaspoon.com.au to your contacts to ensure delivery of Reward Code emails.
4. Redeeming OT VIP Reward Codes
4.1 Each OT VIP Reward Code may be redeemed online by entering it in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field at checkout while logged in to your One Teaspoon account.
4.2 OT VIP Reward Codes may only be redeemed by the same account and email address that earned them.
4.3 OT VIP Reward Codes are valid for 60 days from the date your order ships, unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is provided in the reward email. Expired codes cannot be reinstated or extended.
4.4 OT VIP Reward Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used in full in a single transaction. Partial redemptions or exchanges for cash are not permitted.
4.5 OT VIP Reward Codes can be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions. Promotional discounts apply first, and the OT VIP Reward Code will then be deducted from the discounted total.
4.6 Rewards must be redeemed in the same currency and region in which they were earned.
5. Returns & Adjustments
5.1 If an order is fully refunded, any OT VIP Reward Code issued for that order will be cancelled.
5.2 If an order is partially refunded, the value of the OT VIP Reward Code may be adjusted to reflect the final product total.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or adjust Reward Codes issued in error or as a result of fraudulent activity.
6. Account Requirements & Restrictions
6.1 You must be logged in and subscribed to earn or redeem OT VIP Reward Codes. Guest checkouts are not eligible.
6.2 OT VIP Reward Codes cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with codes issued to a different email address.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your OT VIP participation if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
6.4 Technical errors, unsubscribing, or account issues may prevent the issuance or redemption of Reward Codes.
7. Program Modifications & Termination
7.1 The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the OT VIP program at any time without notice.
7.2 In the event of termination, any unredeemed OT VIP Reward Codes will automatically expire.
7.3 The Company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the modification or termination of the program.
8. Communications & Privacy
8.1 Participation in OT VIP requires an active email subscription. By remaining subscribed, you agree to receive marketing and loyalty communications, including Reward Code notifications and promotional offers.
8.2 You can review how we handle personal data in our Privacy Policy.
8.3 All communications related to the OT VIP program will be sent to the email address linked to your One Teaspoon account.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with OT VIP will be handled exclusively by the courts of New South Wales.
