You will receive your order anywhere from 1-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. During sale periods express shipping may not be offered and please allow additional processing time. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes at this time or consolidate orders.

  • We do not provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases.

  • Subject to the below conditions, if you are not happy with an item you have received, we will issue you with store credit if you return the item to us in the manner set below.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, including attached hangtags.

  • Merchandise must be returned in the original garment bag.

  • All footwear returns must include all tags and shoe bag in its original condition

  • Merchandise bought on sale may be returned for store credit. Store credits on sale items will be credited for the purchase price only. Please note that if you do return your item, discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to purchases placed after the sale has finished. 

  • Underwear, bodysuits, bodices and ear pieces cannot be returned.

  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact and hangtags attached.


  • We can not provide exchanges at this time but you are welcome to return the item for store credit provided your item meets the terms above.

Hassle-Free Returns

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be issued store credit via email and is accessible via ‘MY ACCOUNT’

  1. If you have an account, click here to log into your account.

  2. If you don’t have an account and checked out as a guest, please click here and enter your order number, last name and email address to find your order.

  3. Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button

  4. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return. Please note the above returns policies as your return may be rejected and returned to you and store credit not issued if your goods do not comply with the above return requirements.

  5. Choose a return for store credit. Please note that original shipping charges, import duties or taxes are non-refundable.

  6. Await notification as to whether your return has been authorised. You will receive email notification of this with further instructions on completing your return.

  7. If your return has been authorised please send your parcel back to the address below following the same format. Please ensure that you either print a copy of your Return Authorisation email or clearly mark your parcel with your Return Authorisation Number so that we know the parcel is yours when we receive it. We suggest using a trackable shipping service to return your goods. We are not responsible for duties or taxes or any other fees when sending back to us.

  8. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your Store credit once your return has been processed and approved. This may take up to 7 days Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

  • Online Store Credit is only redeemable online.

  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.

  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 years from date of issue.

  • Store credit is provided in AUD dollars

  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms of use

  • Your order will be delivered by TNT, Couriers Please, Star Track or Fastway couriers depending on your location. They will leave a notice card after the first delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery unless you have provided ‘Authority to Leave’. Should you provide "Authority to Leave" no responsibilty will be taken by Oneteaspoon for lost or stolen packages,

Taxes and Duties

  • All applicable customs and import duties and fees will not be charged by OneTeaspoon. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD), please contact your local customs office for additinal information on the charges that may be incurred. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by OneTeaspoon.

  • Although charges are not always incurred, customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order for assessment. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery, these charges are non-refundable by OneTeaspoon. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in unusual cases may delay delivery.

Currency Conversions

  • Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your item if you live outside of Australia.

Payment Options

  • We accept VisaMasterCard credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Your account is charged once you click Complete Order at the check out.
  • We take all reasonable steps to verify that the orders placed and payment details are legitimate. As such we have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our online credit card verification. In such scenarios we will notify you via email or phone using the details you have provided.

Using Store Credit

  • To use a store credit, sign into your ONEXONETEASPOON account; you will see your store credit on the "My Account" page. Upon checking out, the store credit will automatically be deducted from your total.  If you do not use the entire store credit the balance will go back into your ONEXONETEASPOON account to be used on future purchases.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

  • When viewing an item on the product detail page or Quick view, you can add an item to your cart by simply selecting the colour, your size and specifying quantity needed.  Then, to add the item to your cart, you will simply click the "Add To Cart" button. 


Placing an Order

After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart.  Here you can review all the items in your cart and update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout and place your order. 

Check Out

  • Step 1 
    By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your cart, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account or you can use the one step checkout if you do not have an account. We advise creating an account, as you will be able to track orders and returns and keep track of your purchasing.

  • Step 2 
    If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information.  If paying by credit card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step.  Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by clicking edit.

  • Step 3 
    Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery. 

  • Step 4 
    To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering in your payment information.  We accept Visa & MasterCard credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. Then click the "Complete Order" button.  Upon completion you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details. 

Verification and Shipping

  • When placing your order please ensure all your details are correct as your order will not be processed if details do not match bank records etc.
  • We take all reasonable steps to verify that the orders placed and payment details provided are legitimate. As such we have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our online credit card verification. In such scenarios we will notify you via email or phone using the details you have provided.

Tracking Your Order

  • If you have an account you can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”.   If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse.  If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number.
  • If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information.  To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

Add Items to an Order You Just Placed

  • Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order at this time.

Cancelling Your Order

  • Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes. However if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will be unable to cancel your order if it has already been processed by our warehouse.  Contact our customer service team.
