How can I pay for my order?

Our website accepts both credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) and PayPal payments.

If you have a coupon or a gift card, simply enter your unique code in the corresponding fields at the checkout and click ‘Apply’ or ‘Check Gift Card’ and the amount will be used against your order. If your items total more than your coupon or gift card value you will be prompted to pay the difference using credit card or PayPal.

If you have a Store Credit, please ensure that you are logged in at the checkout. When you get to the ‘Payment Information’ section during checkout you will be able to elect to use your store credit for your order. If your items total more than your coupon or gift card value you will be prompted to pay the difference using either your credit card or PayPal.

We take all reasonable steps to verify that the orders placed and payment details provided are legitimate. How can I purchase a ONEXONETEASPOON e-Gift Card?

The ONEXONETEASPOON e-Gift Card is the perfect gift.

e-Gift Cards are sent to your special person via email within minutes of being ordered. You will receive an email confirmation that the e-Gift was sent, and the recipient will receive a code to use at the checkout. If you'd prefer to give your e-Gift Card in person, just enter your email address as the recipient, you can then print the email and pop it into a card.

Where is my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification updating the status of your order and will include a link to track your order.

To avoid unexpected delays please ensure that you are at your delivery address to accept delivery. If you are not there to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave a calling card with further instructions on how to rearrange delivery or pick-up.

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe and you have not received a calling card, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping status update email. You will then be able to contact the courier to arrange redelivery or pick-up.

Express Shipping costs $18.00  and will be sent via the most suitable carrier according to parcel size and weight and location - we are unable to take requests for specific carriers. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
