We have put in place the following policy to protect your personal information. By using our website and/ or providing information to us, you consent to the policy.
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of One Teaspoon or Pink Factory. However we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail and emails, processing payments. They will have access to your information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for any other purpose. If you do not however give us this information, we may not be able to provide goods or services to you.
We may use this information to process your transaction, to administrator your account, to conduct credit and other checks, for our own internal purposes (such as risk management, staff training and billing), to help us develop our website and to be more user friendly to our customers.

Our website uses a technology called cookies. A cookie is a small element of data that our website may send to your computer. Any such cookie is stored on your computers hard drive and permits our website to recognise you when you return. Our use of cookies helps us to provide you with a better experience, and let us know what areas of our website you are interested in. you may configure your web browser to not accept cookies, although you may experience a loss of functionality.

You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold information about you. You may make changes to your personal information by logging in, with your user name and password, then making the appropriate changes in your account details.

If You’re Not Happy
If you receive your item and are not happy with the way it looks or fits, we will happily exchange the product for you, however we will not refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed (including dry-clean), unworn, undamaged with all tags and original packaging intact. You must call our office, with the Tax Invoice receipt that accompanied your goods handy on (02) 9310 7522 where you will be given a Return Authorisation number. Claims without the accompanying Tax Invoice receipt will not be accepted. All claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving the product and then physically returned to oneteaspoon within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorisation. Once the item is returned with your full contact details, you will then be contacted by our customer service where you can order your replacement.
For items exchanged at a greater value, the balance will need to be paid for by you. For items exchanged at a lesser value, a credit note will be issued (6 month expiry), which you can redeem at any time. A postage charge applies to every exchange order.
If it is Faulty
Every garment sent to you is quality checked first, in the event you have a received a faulty garment, we will happily replace or refund it for you. You will need to call our customer service line on 02 9310 7522 where we will give you a Return Authorisation number.
Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Please note the following limitations
For hygiene reason we do not refund or exchange swimwear, bodysuits, bodices and intimates, unless the goods are defective.
No refunds are available on sale and clearance items or items purchased during special promotions or discount offers, unless the goods are defective.
Australian Law
There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000). Delivery
Australia
All parcels are sent using Australia Post registered post, your signature and ID will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. Delivery takes 3-7 working days, depending on where you live. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. Delivery costs are calculated by weight, parcels up to 500g are $10.40 and $14.70 from 500g to 2kg.
International
All parcels are sent using registered post, your signature and ID will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. When finalising your purchase please ensure you have selected Aus Post international postage option.
Delivery costs start at $23.15 for any parcels. The delivery time can take extra 3 – 25 working days, depending on where you live.
Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of the online publication and prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available elsewhere. All prices, products and offers include GST. Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable, however all items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Please be aware that sale times are only available during the sale period.
