Item Availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our eboutique, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME?

For orders shipped within Australia we estimate that it will take 1-2 business days for you to receive your order. For international orders, it will take approximately 5 working days.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

PLEASE NOTE, We cannot accept returns on parcels where customers do not want to pay Customs, so please research these charges before placing your order with us.


Can I combine orders?

Unfortunately you cannot combine orders.

Can I use multiple credit notes for my purchase?

Only one credit note can be used at a time.

Can YOu send me photos of each colour of a certain item?

All the colours we have available and in stock will be available to view on our eboutique.

Can I Pre-order an item?

At this stage pre-ordering is not available.

I PUT DOWN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

Give us a call on 1300 221 559 (between 9am-5p aest) no more than 30 minutes after placing your order and we can try and sort it out for you.

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent via TNT Express, you will be sent a consignment number via email when your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?

Do you offer rewards for good customers?

We are working on an amazing customer loyalty program which should launch in 2012. Stay tuned!

HOW CAN I WORK OUT MY SIZE?

For all queries r.e. sizes, please check out our sizing page. If you are shopping by 'collection' the model is wearing a size 10, sample size.

Do you sell the accessories that the models wearing (hats, bangles, sunnies, chains etc…)?

The accessories worn by the model are our stylists and we do not sell them through our stores or our eBoutique. We do have a small range of jewellery available in our 'small jewels' section.
